Warehouse technician, Salem, OR - April 12, 2017
I only worked at Northwest Marketing for a few months and during that time I had to learn quickly. It was a decent job and it paid well enough. The upper management had issues in communicating their expectations to me. I was mainly employed there to assist in reducing inventory for them. This required me to disassemble various products for recycling purposes and also prep said materials for shipment. I enjoyed working with my coworkers and I learned how to constantly stay active even if I had finished my assigned tasks. This would often look like me cleaning the work space, organizing inventory for more efficient storage as well as assisting other coworkers with their tasks.
