Get senior leadership involved with the staff more. Get to know people. At my previous employer which was another hospital, Senior management made it a goal to get to know the people in the trenches. The CEO, COO and CFO would round once a month to various departments and talk to staff. They all knew who I was. I do not have that same feeling at NMC and I fell like I am just a face in the crowd.
