Good company, just pays for the hours you work at the client. Management is sometimes disorganized but stays out of your way and lets you do the work you are hired to.

Norwin really respects the engineers that work for them. The pace is at your own as alot of work is done remotely. The management at Norwin listens and attempts to resolve any issues the engineer may have in their personal or work life.

Lacks Communication and Stability
Consultant (Current Employee) –  VariousSeptember 27, 2016
As a w-2 contract employee, I am subcontracted to other companies or perform work for other companies in accordance to a statement of work.

Working there over a year, I have only met 1 other employee in person, There is no team or culture concept for contractors, it honestly feels like they could careless if you worked there at all.

Contractors are only paid when their sales team is capable of finding relevant work which is few and far between. The sales team poorly manages contract timing and contractors are often out of work, which leaves the contractors unpaid.
Pros
Competitive Wage
Cons
Unreliable Income, No Communication, No consideration of employees.

I received a lot of experience in technologies that I'd previously had no hands on. There were numerous training opportunities and my manager was good to work with.
Pros
Quick reimbursement of expenses
Cons
Sometimes you had to train yourself on some projects.
