NOVA Chemicals Corporation (Nova Chemicals) is engaged in the production and marketing of plastics and chemicals. The Company operates through two business units. The Olefins/Polyolefins business unit produces and markets ethylene, polyethylene and a variety of chemical and energy products (commonly known as co-products). NOVA Chemicals’ Performance Styrenics business unit also includes its interests in EPS-based downstream businesses and ventures for end-use consumer and industrial applications.
