Service Manager/Service Technician, Omaha, NE - August 8, 2015
A typical day at Nova as a service technician involved gathering your parts and tools for the day, then driving to the customer's location to complete the work. As a service manager, it consisted of contacting customers to set up work as well as answering any questions customers had on the phone. It was also necessary to set up employee's schedules and contact companies with warranty information. While employed i learned a great deal about various different models and brands of fitness equipment, from their inner workings to assembly. The most enjoyable part of the job was the travel and the hardest part was the frequent differences in opinion.
