Becoming part of the success of a student and watching them succeed is the most rewarding experience for a teacher. I enjoy spending six weeks in classroom teaching then the next eight weeks in the hospital clinical area.
The employees work together to make it the most rewarding atmosphere as possible.

Job Work/Life Balance
Bad management, S***** pay, Ridiculous hours
Lifeguard (Former Employee) – Davie, FL – December 11, 2017
Boss always brought his baggage of how he was feeling at work, took his mood out on his employees. Pay was MUCH less than you would get by working at you local city pool. Hours were ridiculous, would have to go in for two or even three 3 hour shifts throughout the day. Extremely poor pay and ridiculous hours were not worth it. For a job that pays so s*****, management has no right to be as strict and uptight as they are.
Teacher’s aid (Former Employee) – Davie, FL – December 5, 2017
I worked for the preschool for 5 years. When I first started it was wonderful. It has since gone down. The kids are the best and classroom staff is wonderful. Administration is unorganized, unsupportive, and there’s no room for growth. They made it difficult for people to grow. They ignored staff members.
The preschool for families and children is wonderful and I highly recommend it for parents looking to have their children attend. The teachers and teacher assistants are hard working but grossly underpaid.
Tuition waver, benefits
Tuition waver is only for two classes, administration isn’t great. As well as dictator like dean.
