In the beginning, it was great!

Pros: great before rebranding
Cons: where do i start?
When it was Pharmalink FHI, could not have asked for a better work place. Once rebranded, those with connections became authority figures with little or no experience in their job titles. For instance, an intake coordinator suddenly became a manager of a very large department without ever having worked in that department. The management matrix was, well ridiculous. Racism was rampant and contractors ran the show.

Pros: people that work there are genuinely good people
Cons: lack of advancement. lack of wfh opportunities
This company was not a bad company to work for.

They were still a bit behind in their CTMS system. they depended a lot on spreadsheets.

My co-workers were almost all extremely hard working and helpful in the start up department.

Unfortunately the advancement possibilities were extremely limited. Which is one reason why I left.

I think the hardest part of the job was the lack of consistency among reg reviews and the lack of team atmosphere among department.That and WFH was not a regular option

Best part of the job was the friends I made.
