Most of the training at the London, KY facility either doesn't apply to your job (online training) or is very brief in a classroom environment. When you're new, you do get to shadow your co-workers for several days before you have jump in and do the work. But once you've been there for a while the training for new tasks is inadequate. I mostly train myself. They have work I instructions for almost all tasks and if you're willing to read them (most people give up, don't try to read them or simply cannot comprehend them), you can figure it out.

Ha! They try. Overstretched and understaffed, management didn't have enough time to bother, and left me with a very negative guy I couldn't stand to work with.

We were required to train online, but it only trains ethics and safety. They don't train you on how to do your actual job. Also you could skip the training you're "required" to do and receive no disciplinary action.
