The job itself wasn't stressful, deadlines and call time goals were. Training was sufficient, Learned the system and work arounds if the system didn't want to act correctly.
Management was decent. There were a few who cared about you getting the job done over making the "deadlines"
Hardest part of the job was putting up with the crowded work spaces.
Most enjoyable was the satisfaction of helping the person on the other end of the line.
