not a great work place
Emergency Roadside Service Representative (Former Employee), Dallas, TX –
no job security...the turnover rate for this job is very high. The work environment was terrible no drug test so employees would come in high at times. But they do allow you to get the hours you need though so that's great.

The job itself is wonderful. But it doesnt feel stable
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Holland, MI –
I have worked here for over a year now. In the year that i have worked with this company i have watched over half the employees leave. The company itself doesn't feel like it is a very stable place to work. I love the job, I really do. But I do not like worrying everyday if I am going to have a job. Its very inconsistant with things changing everyday.

No one wants to work there!
Employee (Former Employee), Cambridge Rd, Fort Worth –
Pros: close to dfw if you live in that area.
Cons: little to no training, low pay, short breaks, shabby furniture, unclean environment.
Do not even apply. This company has a revolving door policy for hiring. Job longevity averages about 3-12 months. After about 12 months, they look for ways to let you go so they can hire others for less money. Top pay is ~$13hr. No senior agent or low level managers have received raises or cost of living adjustments in more than 2 years!
