Management isn't interested in finding out how to keep people. Why would they? They have recruiters who lie to bring people in. They don't tell people what it really means to be a "consultant". They promise that jobs will last YEARS. And, in this case, four months later, they were handing out notices.

The was never a lot communication between my Ntt data contact and my coworkers. Our client told me about my extension and the other two they were being let go early. Maybe better communication could have helped me to transition into another role instead of choosing to go to class rather than wait for a call.
