Overly critical and very low pay for a Temp to Perm position
Assister Line Service Agent (Current Employee) – Oklahoma City, OK – February 16, 2018
The Job is fairly easily but no structure. NTT pays spanish speakers more to take less calls but because of growing base with spanish mbrs, there services are needed outside of non spanish speakers so if you are a spanish speaker or bilingual this may be for you. Wage is too low to consider the job worth driving or spending your valued time. No room for progression and favoritism is very common place. Organization and structure of company and its functions lacks a true path for the Contract with the MA Health Connector for the residents of MASS.
I would not ask anyone to work hear that is looking for a career and a wonderful place to work.
As a temp you are paid weekly and job is somewhat relaxed
Pay is low, no room to grow or increase value/skill set
System Analyst (Current Employee) – Hialeah, FL – February 16, 2018
No room to grow everyone is in the same position they were 8 years ago with no hope of advancing to the next level. Work Schedule is a horrible including on-call with very little compensation. Communication between corporate an our location is delayed.
