The culture is one of confusion. I was one of only two people in my department that even came close to knowing what we were doing. The others were hangers on, just bodies in the seats, whose weight she and I had to carry. There are no bonuses for SC's but for those in the field only (however without SC's the techs have nothing to do). Management pushes for the SC's to double the budget and when that happens you MAY get a pat on the back.....maybe. After you've mastered the craft of the SC function and you apply for the next step up (CCC) you are placated by being given an interview but you have NO chance of getting the position because they won't dare promote from within as they claim. Raises (both merit and cost-of-living) are laughable. Just save yourself, your time and your energy.

What my experience was but what threw me off the most was when i was asked "what did i not like about my last boss/supervisor??" I thought that was a little off putting almost as if they were looking to see what they should not do.

One month from offer, their HR service is painfully slow. I worked for Numotion twice, first time when it was USM, process took 1 day, now 1 month, no joke.
