This job is definitely not for the weak minded. You have to be one tough cookie because there will be some days where you want to throw in the towel but you have to keep your clients in mind and that the every day issues they face are so much bigger than our own, most of the time. It can bring tears to your eyes when a client is so happy and thankful that a piece of equipment that may just look like revenue on paper, is changing their life. This job is for loyal people who want to help others. the only negative part I would point out is the pay, its good but could be better, especially for the work load. If you knew you can expect a raise or bonus, or just some employee appreciation more often, I think employee morale would be better, and the turnover rate would improve. For being such a number/revenue driven company, the numbers don't trickle down to the employees like you would think.
you get to change people's lives
10 minute breaks, not 15 like most jobs; don't expect a raise every review
