Spec Tech Coordinator & Customer Care Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Birmingham, ALDecember 14, 2017
Poor management. There was not a lot of supervision. Employees were allowed to do as they please. Some employees were unprofessional. Management would not correct these behaviors but reward them.
Pros
It's a job.
Cons
Poor management.

Customer Care Coordinator (Former Employee) –  TexasNovember 9, 2017
This job is definitely not for the weak minded. You have to be one tough cookie because there will be some days where you want to throw in the towel but you have to keep your clients in mind and that the every day issues they face are so much bigger than our own, most of the time. It can bring tears to your eyes when a client is so happy and thankful that a piece of equipment that may just look like revenue on paper, is changing their life. This job is for loyal people who want to help others. the only negative part I would point out is the pay, its good but could be better, especially for the work load. If you knew you can expect a raise or bonus, or just some employee appreciation more often, I think employee morale would be better, and the turnover rate would improve. For being such a number/revenue driven company, the numbers don't trickle down to the employees like you would think.
Pros
you get to change people's lives
Cons
10 minute breaks, not 15 like most jobs; don't expect a raise every review

Billing & Collections Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Baltimore, MDOctober 25, 2017
States that they value the needs of the customer, but in reality they just want to look good for the Board of Directors & Share Holders. They obtain new acquisitions & acquire the AR which puts extra demands on employees to work while trying to maintain low Days in AR, but are unrealistic because there isn't any management involvement. They hold Billing & Collections Coordinators accountable for issues that Branches & Funding Department create by not properly handling orders.

Durable Medial Equipment Service Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKOctober 9, 2017
Answer on average 80 calls a day to schedule service repair calls. Update clients on their service and /or new power wheelchair orders. Having a disability is looked down upon in the insurance industry. The hardest part of the job is not being able to get to a client as fast as one would like. It was very satisfying when you could help someone with a problem very fast if not over the phone so they could live their life as normal as possable.

Funding Coordinator (Current Employee) –  St. Louis, MOSeptember 17, 2017
They overwork you and call it shifting the load.. what that means is that you will essentially be hired for one job and end up doing several entirely different job functions at the same pay rate. This is a slick way to cut company costs.. There is a cut-throat and shady presence. There are very nice co-workers overall but management is terrible. They are extremely petty about things that don't matter. The infrastructure is very disorganized. The hard work you put in will barely get a thank you. The only true benefit of the company is making a difference for the disabled. Otherwise, apply elsewhere.
Pros
Flex Schedule
Cons
Messy, Unprofessional Management.. Overworked Underpaid

Customer Service Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Pittsburgh, PAAugust 16, 2017
I enjoyed my time at Numotion. I usually enjoyed my day with little to no stress but enjoyed the rewarding experiences we also got the opportunities of achieving. Management at times was tough due to a more "family" concept instead of management concept to some. The hardest part of my job was being unable to complete something at the clients requests then and there or having complications with the insurance company on approving certain articles. But yet very rewarding and enjoyable to see the clients smiles or encouraging words when something was done on a timely manner.
Pros
Flexable on lunch breaks/times of day, flexable with days off
