Not a bad place unless you are seeking benefits. I did not need them at the time so this was great for me with the flexibility.

Very friendly and family orientated
Field Nurse (Current Employee), Richmond, VAAugust 4, 2013
Pros: flexible schedule
Cons: not always enough hours
I am a team player. I usually work 12hour shifts. Change in facilities keeps me on top of my skills having to adapt to change frequently

Pros: management and pay

I loved working here. I may go back one day. The pay is fair and hours plentiful.

FELT LIKE ONE OF MANY
REGISTERED NURSE (Former Employee), Richmond, VASeptember 27, 2012
I ALWAYS WORKED IN PRISONS EVEN THOUGH I ASKED IF I COULD TRANSFER OVER TO HOME HEALTH SINCE I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE WORKING IN PRISONS. I FELT NO ONE WAS LISTENING TO ME.
