The interesting thing about the role was there was no typical day at work. Everyday was a new challenge as, volume was varied and geographically diverse.
I learned many things from the role regarding customer management as, the diversity meant collaboration was greatly beneficial.
With a staff of over 600 I encountered every type of colleague and was therefore involved in a diverse set of professions. e.g. finance / I.T.
The hardest part of the job was flexing the capacity to match volume demands received at short notice.
The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing people develop.
