I filter on a regular basis anywhere from 1000-3000 alerts daily, have learned numerous monitoring systems and ticketing systems. Cisco systems phones, Symantec backup exec and Symantec Endpoint.
Management is currently lacking at this time. Upper management has been notified about the lack of management and not much has been done.
Co-workers are wonderful people, strong and willing to assist with any knowledge they have available.
This is a horribly stressful job, most events we ticket are generally high priority and need assistance and resolution ASAP, making for very busy days.
Best part of the job is the amount of experience you will get in the Command Center.
