Typical work day consisted of answering phones, checking emails, and setting future meetings. I learned a lot about 311 under the Department of Consumer Affairs. Co-workers were great, I learned a lot from them. The hardest part of the job was recruiting and training volunteers for events. The most enjoyable part of the job was traveling to schools, government agencies and philanthropic groups to do presentations.
