You get paid for 7 hours, you get 1 hour lunch in most positions. Which equals a 35 hour work week.
They do have some positions that have a
37 1/2 hour work week.

It all depends on how the recruiter feels that particular day and if you are related to any of their friends. Your credentials don't account for much. Sometimes you don't need credentials, it depends on who referred you. They are however trying to hire college grads with bachelor degrees. But again if you do not know someone you will not get s chance.
