Managers do not have practical experience.
Structural Engineer (Former Employee) – Long Island City, NY – November 8, 2017
Managers do not have practical experience, they ask everything from experienced architects and engineers, and then give it out for their knowledge.
Managers give orders and advice, for which they are not responsible in the future. The lack of knowledge about anything is explained by the notion of "means and method".
The time assigned by the managers to do work does not correspond to each other. Managers do not allow overtime payments and do not pay for them, they distribute work unevenly between employees - some do little, while others are forced to stay 3 hours or even more extra to do the work without paying for overtime.
There is a situation in which it is impossible to make a qualitative design, as there is not enough time.
Managers slander the employees.
Experienced architects and engineers, who worked for many years in this company, leave it. They say that such a non-working atmosphere has never existed.
Most employees are good and friendly people.
