Front Desk Agent/Receptionist, Warwick, RI - October 15, 2012
A typical day at work I would start off by grabbing my checklist and begin getting things checked off the list. while working at NYLO I gained ALOT of experience not only customer service experience, but also team playing experience. I now know what it is to be a true front desk team member and not just a slacker. most of my co-workers were very friendly and easy to get along with (great team players), but others were almost impossible to satisfy. The hardest part of this job was receiving incomplete work from the previous shift, but the most enjoyable part of this job was the meeting and interacting with all different kind of guests and exceeding their expectations.
