Position: Houston Lubricant Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Regional Customer Service Supervisor

Department: Lubricants

Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to…)

  • Obtain, analyze and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or person and communicate and coordinate with internal departments – sales and technical staff
  • Make outbound calls to existing and non active customers to up sell and cross sell products and services to all customers
  • Manage electronic order processing
  • Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services via telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests for walk-in, phone and electronic orders
  • Manage customers accounts – make updates to a customers’ profile and account information

  • Computer skills/Technology Savvy
  • Excellent attendance and dependability is critical
  • Effective planning and goals setting skill sets, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills
  • Project a professional company image through telephone interaction and telephone etiquette
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Billing experience
