Overview/Job Purpose: Coordinates and executes projects in support of OCALI’s growth as a leading provider of online learning systems for professionals in education and health-related fields. Collaborates with clients, partners, and team members to accomplish project objectives on time and within budget. Coordinates interns who support web projects.
Coordinates planning, design, implementation, and evaluation processes for ongoing innovation of OCALI’s professional development websites.
Solicits input from and facilitates involvement of content specialists and department leads in above processes.
Ensures compliance with requirements of partner organizations/credentialing associations, gaining input from Program Manager and association liaisons.
Manages general inquiries, registration processes, and participant records associated with OCALI’s professional development web sites as needed.
Gathers information and integrates data from clients, partners, and/or team members to assist in developing web content for OCALI sites and client sites.
Loads data and performs updates on web pages.
Works with web developers to facilitate fixes of website bugs.
Working with OCALI Innovation Team, contributes to development of promotional materials for OCALI professional development websites.
Works with OCALI Innovation Team to run reports on website traffic and activity.
Monitors trends and activities on websites to provide recommendations for design and usability enhancements.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, coordinates interns who support web projects.
