Duties and responsibilities
1. Recruit, select, train, manage and motivate salesmen
2. Manage territories to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction and performance
3. Generate quarterly plans for the department and each individual salesmen. The sales plan are by account
4. Prepare effective and interesting sales meetings
5. Continuous training on product knowledge
6. Manage effective time for traveling with supplier reps
7. Individual account responsibility
8. Spend adequate time with each salesmen in their territory. Evidence 2 per week
9. Manage salesmen’s gross profit
10. Approve sales expenses
11. Communication between sales department, production and customer service
12. Comply with Philpac values
