Customer Service Manager

Our company is recognized as one of the fastest growing firms offering bad debt collection, applicant, and tenant screening in North America. Since 2008 we have almost doubled our size and are continuing our growth into 2013. We are located near Greenville, NC.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative Manager. Experienced applicants will supervise our team of approximately 10 individuals that represent us to our thousands of customers across the United States as we interact with them via telephone, email and webex.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Ability to make sure our customers love us each time we interact with them
  • A Positive Attitude
  • Strong Motivational Skills
  • Experience Managing and Motivating Customer Service Staff
  • Compensation: To the successful candidate we offer base Salary commensurate with experience, BCBS of NC, 401k, potential or commission for achieving corporate monthly goals.
