Nice and fun place of employment
Clubhouse Beverage Server (Current Employee), Oakmont, PAFebruary 26, 2014
Pros: great pay at times for the amount of adequate work.
Cons: pay is based on the amount of money spent by members. if it is slow, your pay is low. if there is a lot of spending, your pay is very good. sometimes doing a lot of work for little pay.
Oakmont Country Club was a fun place to work out. However, there were many ups and downs to the company. Pay could be great at times, but at other times pay is very poor. Management is good, but with any company, there are always downsides.
