Pros: good pay, love working here.
Cons: unable to get full time, have to stand for 8 hours and chart.
This unit is very hectic to work on. You must balance your time between dealing with demanding family members, numerous behaviors happening at once, pass medications, and make sure all documentation is thorough and complete with no overtime. I love my coworkers and patients. There never is a dull moment.
