Network Control specialist (Former Employee), Wichita Falls, TX – May 26, 2013
Pros: money
Cons: chaos
Oasis I had little contact with, the company that I was hired on to (which is a major company in the US.) was completely obsurd in all aspects.

Don't join this organization you will not be happy
Garnishment Supervisor (Current Employee), West Palm Beach, FL – May 6, 2013
Cons: low pay, over worked
They are a PEO, they over work, under pay, over promise and under deliver. The consensus from department to department is overworked under appreciated. The only employees that earn anything are the sales people, they are allowed to promise the world to a potential clients and receive no ramifications for lying. There are many employees that have filed – more... claims against this company their HR is not an HR at all they gossip more than regular employees.

They have management that has no idea if what goes on, managers that no one in the organization likes and that cause more problems than provide resolution. The systems is inundated, many manual process they talk about progress and streamline, but that's all it is talk. They've been rolling out online enrollment for over 3 years now, just as an example – less

Oasis Outsourcing is NOT a staffing company
Current Employee (Current Employee), West Palm Beach – April 13, 2013
Pros: supportive manager, teammates, always busy)
Cons: work/life balance at times (at the moment, my department is short staffed as well)
Oasis Outsourcing is a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that provides Payroll and HR Services to Clients through out the United States. There is a division, Oasis Staffing, that handles staffing for our clients. Please do not confuse the two.

Not very secure work
Customer Service (Former Employee), Wichita, KS – March 12, 2013
Pros: place at jobs fast
Cons: get laid off too fast and job security.
This company is okay and place people quick but when they say a position that they are sending you to is temp to hire and more long term, it usually aint. I missed out on a lot of other job oppertunities because they placed me at a company and said it was long-term and I got laid off 4 days after I started.

Don't waste your time!!!!
Sales (Former Employee), West palm beach – September 24, 2012
Pros: nothing
Cons: bad management, terrible business model
All potential candidates beware!! This classless organization fired me and several others due to medical reasons. I would not recommend any person to even think about applying for a position at Oasis.

All prospective clients of Oasis, please be aware that you are in business with a second rate organization and no one within the organization is to be – more... trusted!

Giving them one star was one too many. – less

Working for company rated average.
Office Support/Accounts Receivables (Former Employee), San Diego, CA – August 7, 2012
Pros: flexible work schedule (7am - 4pm)
Cons: non support of corporate office
A typical day at Oasis Outsourcing was overwelming. Felt unsupported on training, and corporate support. What I learned most by working at this company is how to prioritize my job duties and although I believe that branch management was not properly supported by corporate, it maintained an exceptional branch. I enjoyed working with my co-workers.
The – more... hardest part of the job was juggling extremely large projects with minimum support from the corporate office. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting each day with my fellow co-workers. – less

Better Staffing Company than others
Temp. (Former Employee), FL – July 27, 2012
Good staffing company to work for, the staff and management are great, but the projects aren't as plentiful as they used to be, understandably.
