Oasis I had little contact with, the company that I was hired on to (which is a major company in the US.) was completely obsurd in all aspects.

They are a PEO, they over work, under pay, over promise and under deliver. The consensus from department to department is overworked under appreciated. The only employees that earn anything are the sales people, they are allowed to promise the world to a potential clients and receive no ramifications for lying. There are many employees that have filed – more... claims against this company their HR is not an HR at all they gossip more than regular employees.

They have management that has no idea if what goes on, managers that no one in the organization likes and that cause more problems than provide resolution. The systems is inundated, many manual process they talk about progress and streamline, but that's all it is talk. I was assigned to various jobs according to my skills and experiences. Some of the jobs were: recycling belt operator. I left because the company went out of business.

Oasis usually has plenty of technical work for many very good companies. They work hard to find work for you.

Oasis Outsourcing is a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that provides Payroll and HR Services to Clients through out the United States. There is a division, Oasis Staffing, that handles staffing for our clients. Please do not confuse the two.

Fast pace is a typical day at warehouse.I learn where contest books come and go.

I would recommend them for temporary positions, They have kept me working, and they are all very friendly and helpful.

This company is okay and place people quick but when they say a position that they are sending you to is temp to hire and more long term, it usually aint. I missed out on a lot of other job oppertunities because they placed me at a company and said it was long-term and I got laid off 4 days after I started.

The days go by quickly and there is always plenty to do. I wish that there was a better work/life balance. The benefits are okay.

I was a temp to hire. I dealt with the management very rarely. I learned good interviewing skills. I did not have any co-workers that i dealt with. Not knowing if you will be hired on to the job are temping for.

This temp service was a great work environment. They got me into a job quickly.

All potential candidates beware!! This classless organization fired me and several others due to medical reasons. I would not recommend any person to even think about applying for a position at Oasis.

oasis staffing is temporary job site.that has a low rate of employers. i worked for them two diffrent times. each time my job assingment ws at teleflora.

A typical day at Oasis Outsourcing was overwelming. Felt unsupported on training, and corporate support. What I learned most by working at this company is how to prioritize my job duties and although I believe that branch management was not properly supported by corporate, it maintained an exceptional branch. I enjoyed working with my co-workers.

They placed me with a job within one week from applying. They were always available to speak with when I needed something.

Oasis is a growing organization, with an aggressive growth plan. Employees at Oasis are great people to work with, and are very committed to their clients.

Good staffing company to work for, the staff and management are great, but the projects aren't as plentiful as they used to be, understandably.
