The goal at Oberg is Money Money Money. Although the employees are not paid at par with the rest of the industry or surrounding companies. Oberg mandates a 50 hour work week and justifies the low pay that you get ten extra hours a week that should compensate for someone that works forty hours making more per hour. Management is poor in many areas as the buck is just passed along and employees are not made to feel as if they matter. There are some terrific people and things done at Oberg but it has been a declining attitude for some years now. Many employees are looking else where as to obtain a 40 hour work week with fair pay.
