A GREAT DEFINITION OF A DEAD END JOB!!!
Mail Clerk (Former Employee), Longwood, FL –
Pros: fair pay
Cons: no raises
OVER PAID SO CALLED MANAGER THAT THINKS THAT THE WAY TO MANAGE A BUSINESS IS TO CREATE GOSSIP AND BELITTLE WHOMEVER SHE SEES AS WEAK PREY. SHE WILL THROW THE JOB AT YOUR FEET FOR U TO ACCEPT IT WITHOUT EVEN CARING IF YOUR QUALIFIED OR NOT. SO PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF YOU WANNA GET CAUGHT IN THAT MESS. I LEFT WHILE I STILL HAD SANITY LEFT IN ME.

good pay/benefits. Terrible executive managment
technician 4 (Former Employee), minnesota –
Pros: pay, benefits
Cons: terrible managment, way too many hours worked
worked for them for 10 years. Management drove company into ground and had to sell off to canon.
pay and benefits were very good. hours were extreme (days, nights, weekends) and they would not adequetly hire people so morale is bad and people are getting burnt out.

Good place to work
Data Entry Clerk/Loan Processor (Former Employee), Southfield, MI –
A typical day at work was busy some days, and slow others. I learned how to be productive in my work. Management team were okay. My coworkers were great people to work with, team oriented, hardworking individuals. The hardest part of the job was leaving a group of hardworking friends to move on to a different job. The most enjoyable part of my job was – more...  working, and being around my coworkers. – less

Enjoyed working with new and existing clients
National Account Executive (Former Employee), Virginia Beach, VA –
Pros: making your own schedule, meeting new clients.
Cons: hearing the word we are not interested, but you move on.
I learned alot about approaching people with your product or service. Learning how to deal woth rejection was tough at first but you get used to it and you go on. The support I received frfom my Branch General manager was great, I could not have asked for better. THe training I received was excellent. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping a – more...  customer update their work processes to make them more cost effective and easier. The hardest part of the job was getting that signature on the dotted line. Overall it was a great experience, and has prepared me to move on and upward. – less

Poor management and lack of employee appreciation and advancement
Legal Courier (Former Employee), Detroit, MI –
Pros: experience and networking with their clients
Cons: at will employee, lack of pay, management, corporate
For a huge company Oce lacks in multiple departments that companies need to ensure morale and productivity. Management lacks adequate leadership and confidence in their staff. Corporate lacks an understanding of how each site is different and has to meet different tasks, as well harassing their hourly employees when they choose to use their paid time – more...  off or have to be out of work for medical or personal reasons and chooses to write them up if they do not provide, in their eyes, a valid excuse (basically you have to be bed ridden or someone die to be excused). They also expect you to know how to do everyone's job and expect you to do other jobs that are not your actual job but refuse to compensate you for it and bully you into do it by threatening you with discipline. Most unorganized company I have ever worked for, if you have to go to corporate for anything all they do is give you the run around and tell you to call people who never return calls or emails. – less

Karolyn – May 20, 2012

Thanks for that helpful information. I had applied to work there, but after reading your comments, I have changed my mind.I would never work for a company who doesn't have compassion for their employees, or their families. A happier worker is a more productive worker. Bullying employees is no longer acceptable, and should not be tolerated.

Not a bad place to work
Site Supervisor (Former Employee), Overland Park, KS –
This is a typical facility management outsourcing company. The work is performed at a clients work site, so the employees have to conduct themselves as if they guests at someones house because essentially that's what they are guests at the clients place of business. They treat their employees fairly.
