Batching/Lab operator (Current Employee) – Middleboro, MA – October 19, 2013
Days are long, but you do leave for the day with the satisfaction of completing a hard days work. People are kind with the given exceptions. We do spend 12 hrs a day together up to 72hrs a week. Bound to get on each others nerves from time to time. Hardest part of the job is the lack of a life outside work. Just so many hours. I love the different challenges I encounter as I learn more of the process for making Craisins.
Employee (Former Employee) – Henderson, NV – February 13, 2018
Company not good for work/life balance even though it is one of their major selling points as an employer. Rotating senior management - no feeling of stability. NO stability in schedule - overtime, overtime for weeks then down for weeks. Expected to save PTO for downtime usually with less than 30 days notice.
