Review the progress and issues from third shift. discuss any machine problems or parts lacking. Get things moving from a flow stand point. Communicate with other departments as to shortages or excessive of parts. Review rejects from MRB cart. Discuss any changes that may need to happen such as machine and or tooling. Training by way of questions and explanations. get ready for next shift change over, and start all over again
