I have learned by working for this company do not expect much for the hard work you put in. Management is going to continue to be management. The donors recognize the work ethics and show more appreciation than management. The hardest about working here is when you are trying to exceed and be more knowledgable about the compnay they do not allow you here at Chesapeake. Too much personal in a professional environment from the life struggles to the attitudes shown throughout the workplace. I have never had a job where things were not handled acordingly and in a timely matter. The focus here is very independent oppose to teamwork.
Donors and employees are not treat intially with respect or as a customers.
