Octo has been providing critical acquisition and capability management support to PEO-EIS since 2008. This includes requirements development and contracts administration for the Project Manager Network Enterprise Services' (PM NES) AKO/DKO portal system and Product Manager Area Processing Centers. In the last two-and-a-half years, Octo has supported AKO/DKO and APC capability management functions in staff development; process maturation; reporting and risk mitigation; performance management; and general PBA contract advisory and assistance.
An engagement that began with two consultants leading one material development office's single acquisition has now grown into a team of eight practitioners who provide stewardship for 25 separate IT acquisitions that totaled over $2.4 billion in FY 2010. The PM NES partnership has resulted in over $2.5 million in revenue for Octo and is typical of the firm's commitment to engaging, strategizing, and executing by working collaboratively with clients to solve their most pressing challenges. – less–ZoomInfo
