Beware of this company especially if you are applying for a quality position
Manager (Former Employee) – Richfield, OH – December 29, 2016
This company has a revolving door ... especially if you are in a position in the quality department - beware if you are trying to make a difference. They will welcome you with open arms, but as soon as you try to rock the boat, you are out the door.

The company spends a lot of time and money trying to become an "employer of choice" but seems unaware of the poor communication between departments as well as between managers and their direct reports. The benefits are better than most big companies but that's not enough to retain valuable employees. It's virtually impossible to measure or forecast due to the complete lack of master data management. The goals constantly shift, even on a daily basis - you spend a lot of time trying to complete a project and when you've just about finished the job the manager changes their mind and asks for something completely in a different direction.
Great medical benefits and tons of PTO was not enough to keep me working in a job where I was unable to accomplish anything meaningful. Use of outdated software and no training.
Lack of direction, goals, and especially training on necessary tools
