Cons: promotion was very limited
It was a good professional company to work at with good benefits availble to employes though advancement and promotion were very limited with no window available to further yourself.

Pros: busy place to work
My duties involved all library duties, dealing with enquiries, FOI compliance, classification and cataloguing of all book stock, e-library management, writing pages for Wiki and intranet, promotion of services, introduction of Sharepoint.

I enjoyed dealing with people face-to-face, and got great satisfaction when I received positive feedback from an enquirer.
