MONDAY - FRIDAY

Answer high volume of incoming calls with a positive and confident voice.
Input orders and complete other data entry with accuracy.
Understand product lines and be able to answer questions with ease.
Be able to research business partner's order history.
Resolve any type of customer service issue or pass upwards to management.
Ability to embrace our company's customer service standards, policies and procedures.
Great computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP very beneficial.
Excellent email and telephone communication skills.
Coachable: our desire is to help our people be the best at what they do. Being open to feedback is essential to succeed in this role.
Ability to adapt to a wide variety of responsibilities, situations and guidelines.
