I can't say I've had the worst sixteen months working for OPB but it has been very hard. Management is cut throat with all the people the president personally brought from California; if you don't fit into their ideals and aren't a "yes" man, you can expect a very bumpy ride.
I myself joined the company from a commission job to a salary job to have salary security, and was I wrong! Dependent on your experience, which I surpass, pay was utterly ridiculous. For someone in my position it was such a low figure I should have left earlier. The Administrative Operations Officer is just horrible; a great person outside of work but during work hours he's not balanced since he's alone in his department. He handles IT, BSA, Operations, and basically the kitchen sink as well. He's excellent at brown nosing and being a yes man so I envy him for that, I wish I could have been more like that.
Learn from my mistake and join a bigger bank with visions that will come to fruition; from what I've learned from being with this organization it may never happen.
