The administration and leadership has the mantra down, but they don't live it. I enjoyed my colleagues, but frequent changes kept everyone on edge and interfered with teamwork and morale.
Upper management has their favorites, seems like the less productive co workers benefits most, while the ones who does work and earn their pay check is penalized and assignments are more time consuming because the less productive co workers get away with not doing their part on assignments when regular assigned staff is on their days off or on vacation... When you get disgusted with working conditions and try to transfer it is out of the question. When YOU go to Coordinator or Team Leads your viewed as a trouble maker. DO NOT APPROACH A CO WORKER ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH AN ASSIGNMENT AND/ OR , GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITCISM WHEN THEY ARE NOT PULLING THEIR OWN WEIGHT , BIG NO- NO COORDINATOR AND TEAM LEADS FROWN UPON IT , THEY DO NOT APPROACH LESS PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEES THEM THEMSELVES, THEY FEAR THAT THE LESS PRODUCTIVE CO WORKERS WILL BE INSULTED .... RIVERSIDE IS VERY DIVERSE AMOSTSPHERE ...IN ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS, HOUSEKEEPING, KITCHEN, SUPPLY, NO PROMOTIONS OR TRANSFERS...
