Pros: good job security for this industry, nice amount of customers, and great pay for fiels operators
Cons: dont pay their bills, not so great pay in managerment positions, and higher up management is incompadent

– more... job. But you also have some really incompadent people running district into the ground. The hardest part of the job is keeping all the jobs covered with little equipment and also dealing with all the late night callls. I would say the most enjoyable part of the job is working with all different kinds of people. I have learned a ton of information from all the different co-workers I have had the liberty of working with. – less
