Great Place to work.
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Conway, AR – June 16, 2013
Pros: great atmosphere to work.
Cons: i cannot find anything to write that would be a negative statement concerning this company
People are very friendly and make you want to come to work. Casual dress and relaxed environment. A very good work atmosphere. With the relaxed atmosphere you can accomplish a lot of work in one day. Team work is at play here. you do your job and you are a part of the team.

Data Entry/Administrative Assistant (Current Employee), Houston, TX – March 26, 2013
• Working as part of a team in a busy office environment, maintaining, retrieving and presenting required information and statistics in various formats and ensuring documents meet company procedures and required quality standards.
• Effective time-management, planning and organizational skills with an ability to successfully manage multiple priorities – more... assignments and detail-oriented.
• Occasionally carrying out various administration tasks like, photocopying, using multi-line telephone, filing, reviewing validation output and performing specified manual checks on the data to ensure consistency and completeness. – less

good place to work. they just need to pay their bills and get better managers.
Assistant Manager (Current Employee), Midland, TX – February 26, 2013
Pros: good job security for this industry, nice amount of customers, and great pay for fiels operators
Cons: dont pay their bills, not so great pay in managerment positions, and higher up management is incompadent
Everyday is a little different. Start the day off with getting an update on in-use equipment. See what we need to make the incoming jobs happen, then...... we make it happen. I learned how to deal with the stress of the work load and how to manage all the incoming jobs better. The management is hit or miss. Some managers within the company do a great – more... job. But you also have some really incompadent people running district into the ground. The hardest part of the job is keeping all the jobs covered with little equipment and also dealing with all the late night callls. I would say the most enjoyable part of the job is working with all different kinds of people. I have learned a ton of information from all the different co-workers I have had the liberty of working with. – less

If you have another way to make a living do that.
Tool Operator (Current Employee), CO – January 21, 2013
Pros: nice people on front line.
Cons: leadership is exactly what you read about in wall street journal.
This company treats people with very little respect. The local people are OK but the remote management is only concerned with profit. There is no attempt to build something that will be around long term. They are riding the oil boom, and people are just a cost.

Tool Operator (Current Employee), Williston, ND – May 30, 2012
Pros: $$$
Cons: time away from family
Long hours of monitoring, rigging up tools and valves. Managment plays favorites not equal in job distribution. Co-workers some extremely lazy others great work ethic. Hardest part of job is traveling for weeks on end and time away from the family. Most enjoyable part is the $$$.
