Correctional Officer, Hodgen, OK - September 5, 2017
Showed up for work at 8 a.M . I checked out my keys and signed out my equipment and headed down to my post. When I got to my post I did a walk through and signed in my logs for the day. About 8:15 a.M my workers showed up . I had about 28 (inmates) workers that I had to supervise until 4 p.M . My post that I worked was laundry and property. I learned how to deal with many personality's. My job duties were to do intake on the new prisoners . I had to inventory there things and issue them clothing and beding. The managment was ok except for when I started asking for things I needed for the prisoners. The hardest part of the job would be trying to watch all 28 prisoners by myself. The most enjoyable part of my job would have to be being able to help the ones who needed help.
