There are a lot of unorganized processes that are used; this means you have to jump through several hoops to get something done. Upper management micromanages and has a lot to say, but not an answer to help. There is a high turnover rate with employees because of this and the compensation for the amount of work for the employee verses the little pay. OECU pay does not compete with other banks or credit unions. The equipment is outdated and there are a lot of problems with the debit cards and credit cards. The DM isn't very helpful and when trying to discus something you are always wrong. Multiple people quit because of all these reasons.
