RN, Tulsa, OK - October 24, 2015
I work with 3 other RN's, two med aides and 2 nuclear techs. We all get along very well. We laugh quite a bit and strive to keep the environment light as patients are anxious when they do not know what to expect. The team I work with helps each other out continuously throughout the day. The hardest part of the job was to refresh myself on cardiac strips. I also went from being charge nurse on a 38 bed floor to a much slower paced environment. That was initially very hard on me and at times it still is. I feel like I need to be doing something all of the time. My immediate supervisor is a very caring individual and is a great advocate for his employees.
