Great experience working with public
Waitress (Current Employee), Alton, ILJuly 21, 2014
I enjoyed working with new people under corporation. I gain more knowledge on do's and don’ts in a restaurant. Also, working with the public and gaining patience is always a positive view.

Great job for starting servers.
HOSTESS/SERVER (Former Employee), Novi, MIJune 24, 2014
Fast paced job, management was good, the co-workers were friendly and helped when needed, the hardest part of the job was being on my feet for so long at a time but the best part of the job was satisfying the customers with full bellys and great customer service!

Fun workplace
Line Cook- Dishwasher (Former Employee), Taylor, MIMay 23, 2014
Working at Olga's was fun. Every day I would keep my area clean and tidy, and also get any of my prep work done all while doing the dishes, cooking, or making the bread, which ever area I was in that day. my co-workers were all nice, and very helpful. the hardest part of the job would have to be when you are looking at anywhere from 8-15 tickets up – more... and it is all between me and one other person making all the orders, but business is business. – less

Kitchen Specialist (Former Employee), Canton, MIOctober 3, 2013
Pros: uniform provided, discounts
Cons: short breaks, long hours of standing
Every day was a busy day.
Learned you have to move fast to keep up.
Management was unstable.
Co-workers didn't say much and weren't very helpful.
Hardest part was trying to do what everyone needed you to do.
The most enjoyable part of the job was cleaning the lot.

They are a good company to work for if you like outrageous goals, poor upper management and unrealistic bonus options.

Fun work place
Carryout server/ server (Former Employee), Wixom, MIJuly 11, 2013
Cons: bad mangement
A typical day at work was making sure everything was stocked for the to-go orders, taking orders over the phone, take out orders, and car delivery orders. I learned to always check to make sure the customer has the right food and everything to go with it! The management was horrible, we had new management every few weeks. The co workers were all so – more... nice, i got along with everyone there! The hardest part of the job was when it got super busy and the managers or the hostess would have to help with the carryouts. The most enjoyable part of the job was doing my best and made the customers happy and getting the tips i deserve! – less

Good To Go Specialist (Former Employee), West Bloomfield Township, MIMay 20, 2013
Pros: discount on food, easy job
Cons: short breaks, low pay, not worth it, dead end job, horrible management
Come in, stock up products and wait for the first carryout. I feel bad for those who have to actually carry the orders to the car, manager lee wants you out to cars in 5secs and your fussed at if you don't, they could careless about you in the winter. They have a thin community jacket that hasnt been washed in years that you must wear , no hats or gloves – more... or ear muffs. – less
