Find the underlying problem in the management problem.
Have more respect for long term employeees. Employee dedication serving Olympic through its tough financial times and low production activity shows a lot about long term employees sticking around. New management changes, employees trying to gain management respect through descreet immature behavior and setting employees up to fail is no way to run an effective team. Many changes from corporate down lowering employee moral and not taking care of employees throughly. Hard to find a great company anymore!
Get to the root cause of high turnover. Which managers have it and why. Employees don't quit jobs, they quit managers.
Get rid of the mangment
Fire the production manager. He is a tyrant. Raise wages beyond the poverty level.
Try to keep moral up . Also get people to stop finger pointing and blaming co workers .
