There is new management currently, so I can't comment on recent conditions. Previous management was in chaos. The place had heavy turnover and very angry client, who were major brokerage houses for the most part. Management at that time was mostly reactive and generally slow to respond to issues.
Omgeo is a good company in a good business, however previous managements was a disaster. Currently, it operates as a whole owned subsidiary of the DTCC, which is a huge operation.
