Export document preparation/generation
Input and track orders for healthcare products
Provide support to coordinate and track shipments
Audit and Invoice completed export orders
General administrative support work within export department
General office administration support work (mail, faxes, answering phones, etc.)
Candidates must be available to work 40 hours weekly
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access) required
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organization and problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Previous logistics, customer service, supply chain or operations work experience preferred
Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) or Spanish is desired
