We are a Property Management Company seeking a highly motivated, organized, and
tech-savvy individual to provide administrative and financial support, working closely
with the CEO to support the company functions and maintain financial records;
Operations to support systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
This part-time position is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful, details-oriented
individual to join our team in Southern California and or West Texas.

  • Bilingual English-Proficent in Japanese, Thai or Korean
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with maintaining databases
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to manage budgets and cash flow
  • Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
  • High degrees of resourcefulness, problem-solving, and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, keep pace and manage quickly shifting project needs
  • Ability to manage high volumes of email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the efficient use of the Internet as a research tool
  • Passion for and commitment to company's mission
  • Commitment and ability to do work using a team approach with diverse staff

Perform general administrative duties—such as filing, copying, faxing, mailing, reviewing correspondence, answering phones, ,maintaining office inventory—and other tasks, as needed
