A typical day at work starts with answering emails, then preparing production-loss reports to give to agents I plan on seeing that day. Review reports to see if any areas where the agent is having issues and reward agents who are writing consistent production with excellent loss ratios. Bring all agents up to date on any changes in underwriting or rates and resolve any issues they may be experiencing. Training all new agents and their staff on our system and underwriting processes. The hardest part of my job is the discipline; and my favorite is rewarding and helping agents.
