Omni Visions, Inc seeks experienced child welfare professional for REGIONAL DIRECTOR of the Lexington office. This is very responsible administrative social work involving total responsibility for all aspects of the coordination and delivery of services for foster children placed in a family setting. Job responsibilities include the supervision of staff who are responsible for the delivery of services to children and families. Incumbents frequently attend staff meetings to provide assistance and direction with caseload issues and serve as a liaison with other regulatory and competing agencies. Additional activities include the development of operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal operating procedures and the development and monitoring of the regional budget. Periodically employees in the class must intervene in crisis situations; therefore they must remain in an on-call status when not on official leave. The position requires strong supervisory and organizational skills, considerable experience working with foster children and families and significant decision-making and interpersonal skills for successful job performance.

Must have at least a bachelor degree in social work or related field and five years of experience working in child welfare. Masters degree in child welfare and specific foster care experience is prefered.
